Returns Policy
We will happily accept returns for exchange or credit within 14 days of purchase if the product has not been worn, has not been damaged and all tags are attached, as at time of purchase. Please retain your receipt, as proof of purchase must be provided. No exchanges will be permitted on ‘sale’ or discounted items, except where required by law. Store credit is valid for 6 months from date of issue. Refunds will only be provided in accordance with Australian Consumer Law, on defective products if it is not possible to repair or replace the goods. It may not be possible to repair or exchange products if defects are caused by misuse of the product or failure to follow instructions provided. Please choose carefully, as we will not refund if you change your mind or make a wrong decision.

Lay-by Terms & Conditions
The maximum lay-by term is 8 weeks
1. 20% deposit of total value of goods, including GST
2. Balance of account must be made within 8 weeks of date of purchase
3. Payments should be made at least every 2 weeks until lay-by is completed
4. If the lay-by is cancelled, or if payment is not completed within 8 weeks of the date of purchase, the goods will be returned to stock
5. A cancellation charge equal to 20% of total purchase will be made on cancellation of any lay-by sale
